Silence Meditation...

Here's a couple of impressions from Stok, where we went for our silence meditation and trekking, obviously these pics where only taken after the camp had finished!

We'll write some more about our experiences when Sabine is back from her trekking trip to Stok Kangri. Since I wasn't feeling too well on Monday I decided to enjoy
the silcence of Dhamma House for a bit longer and then head back to city life.
